Terms of Service

Tech by Geli provides business operations support to small businesses. That includes admin work, process improvement, dashboards, spreadsheet automation, and small websites. I'm not a licensed accountant, attorney, or financial advisor. Nothing I deliver is legal, tax, or financial advice.

• Monthly plans are billed in advance via Stripe on the day you sign up and every month thereafter.
• Plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract.
• Prices are shown on the pricing section of the site and may change with 30 days' notice for existing subscribers.
• Applicable NC sales tax is handled separately where required.

• Cancel any time by emailing techbygeli@gmail.com. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle.
• Because service starts immediately, monthly fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started.
• If I fail to deliver agreed work in a month, we'll make it right, either by completing the work or by prorated credit.
• One-time project fees are refundable up until work has started; after that they're refunded on a prorated basis for work not yet delivered.

"Unlimited requests" on subscription plans means you can queue as many requests as you like. I work through them one or two active at a time in priority order. Response time on plans is one business day. Turnaround depends on complexity, and I'll always tell you upfront if a request needs a separate project quote.

• Provide timely access to the tools, accounts, and information needed to do the work.
• Own the licenses for any third-party software I'll be working inside of.
• Review deliverables and give feedback within a reasonable window (usually 5 business days).

You own the deliverables (dashboards, spreadsheets, website content) once paid in full. I retain the right to reference the type of work performed in general portfolio terms, and I never share your data or proprietary details. I treat everything I see inside your systems as confidential and will sign a mutual NDA on request.

Work often involves third-party tools (Google Workspace, QuickBooks, Airtable, Stripe, etc.). You're responsible for their fees and their own terms. I'll flag any tool costs before adding them.

Services are provided "as is." I stand behind my work and will fix defects in delivered work at no charge. Total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid to Tech by Geli in the 3 months preceding the claim. I'm not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Don't attempt to break, scrape, or misuse techbygeli.com. The site and its content are provided for informational and prospective-client use.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts sitting in Guilford County, NC.

I may update these terms as the business grows. Material changes will be emailed to active clients at least 14 days before they take effect.
